Midwest Wrecking Company was contracted by Sandridge/Lingo Construction to demolish 5 multi-story buildings to make way for a new office complex. The demolition of two 10-story buildings, a 12-story building, a 7-story building, and a 15 story building is the largest clearance project in downtown Oklahoma City since the heyday of Urban Renewal in the 1970’s.  The multi-million dollar project also included the interior renovation of over 30 floors in two other buildings.
